The office at HOPE Family Therapy, Inc. is typically open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though these hours may vary each semester based on the availability of our interns and staff. Services are offered by appointment only, with evening and weekend availability provided as needed, depending on clinician schedules. To reach our office, please call (913) 674-0057. Phone messages for your student intern or licensed clinician can be left at any time, day or night, by calling the same number.
We provide therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and parents or legal guardians of children and adolescents facing mental health concerns. During the first two sessions, our focus is on understanding the reasons for seeking therapy and exploring potential paths for change. We emphasize the importance of family dynamics and the role each member plays in fostering growth and healthier relationships.
Appointments are generally scheduled for 45-50 minutes, commonly referred to as a "clinical hour," and are based on the availability of your assigned intern or licensed clinician. Our fees are determined on a sliding scale, ranging from $15 to $75, and will be assessed during your intake session.
Services are by appointment only. We do have evening and weekend availability as needed depending on clinician availability.
